how fast is your tl from 0-60 miles per hour?
please indicate the kinds of mod you have done on your car.


my is a stock and it when to 60 miles/hour in about 6.7 sec.

did you use a g-tech to get that 6.7 because that seems kind of fast for just stock. I have short ram in mine and although i havent had it timed, i know its probably just 6.9-7.1. My bros camaro is in the high 6s and i couldnt beat him. I dont know, just a thought.

I used my friend's g-tech pro.

is there something wrong with my car. The only thing that is not STOCK is the motor oil,( I use mobil 1 ). I did use my friend's g tech pro on reqular street road, not on the track.

From what i have read on this site, where you place the g-tech is a factor in determining your 0-60 times. I think that if its slanted or something than your times vary. I would actually take the car to the track to get more accurate times.

That would explain the FAST time on my TL. maybe i should take my car to the track some time and see exactly how fast it is

i got to an indicated 155 racing a volkswagen across a bridge on christmas night. that beat my previous top speed of 147. tl brakes suck. i hit them to slow down and all my car did was shake. the damn things didn't work right the rest of the night.

I was racing a 1970's construction truck the other day and I topped out at around 45mph. Had to slow down cause, man going 45mph is a killer...hehe...

I've always found that my GTECH Pro was always about .3 tenths quicker than real but about 1 to 3 mph slower than real in the 1/4 mile.... I will have to try my TL when the weather is better.... A 99 TL should do about high 15's to low 16's at about 88 Mph or so???

I don't know about you guys, but going 155 on the TL? what? I'm sacred as hell to even go to 120 on the damn thing. It sucks on turns at high speeds. REALLY sucks. What kinds mods do you have Jkc2121? You're damn right about the breaks. Maybe it's just you shaking from the excitment, hehe.
