How fast 1/4 with headers?

I am thinking to get headers.... All the TL people whoever have Intake, Header, and exhaust, how fast were yall running? Currently I was running 15.1 with CAI, Pulleys in my CLP, so I wonder how fast would i run with header(probally will not get exhasut)..... Do yall think it's worth the money? Cuz I am thinking, if i dun get the header, I would get the NOS... wat yall think????

Well like i have been saying all these times, the CLP/TLP aint too much slower in some way.... Especially when a TLP/CLP have some mods.... Even a CAI, and pulleys would be able to pull really close or same as a TypeS..... Some way as in 0-60, 1/4, both car are not that much of a differnet.

First of all, the TypeS are only 35hps more than P, but the car is 3500lbs, so therefore the diff won't be too great..... If 35hps on a 2500lbs car, then thats a different story.. Also TypeS is a little heavier, like 100lbs, thats already 1 human's weight...... Therefore TLP/CLP Vs. TLS/CLS in 0-60 or 1/4 will NOT make too much different while the P have some mods(without header).....

I raced with my friends TLS from 0-60, his car is stock. we ran 6 times, I won 5, so there you get the idea....

Now, when it comes to highway, then its a differnet story.... The TypeS really do make great different because from the extra power plus extra torque. Normally a P even with a header, they will have hard times to keep up/pull away from a TypeS, its just really hard. So the extra power and extra torque will show it's biggest benifit on highway speed.

So I am not suprise, and you shouldnt suprise that I ran a 15.1.... BTW, I ran a 14.8 in a cold cold night in Houston Raceway Park.... I kept telling people I ran 15.1 instead of 14.8 becuase #1, people will think I BS... #2, houston weather is mostly hot and humid, so that 14.8 is not a normal driving condition, so that doesnt count.

So when you see someone pull on a TypeS, before you say BS, think about it, its nothing special. But once the P reach 105mph, which is the end of 3rd, then you will see the TypeS making show.

Dang Buddy. I hope you didn't get a slow one. I hope it was just a fluke.

They should come pretested from the factory. That way us guys that base part of our decision process on the speed factor can pickout the fast ones. They can leave the slow ones for those that just buy it for the "status" .
