How does it sound?

What does adding cold air intake do to the sound of the engine?
What about adding header w/o exhaust?
And header with exhaust?

I want to do those mods, but i don't want the engine sound to change too much cuz my parents will get pissed of when they come visit me ...do the queit tips help a lot?

Try not to take this the wrong way, but if you're worried about what your parents will think then you don't have any business messing with the car.

aiight...well i dont plan on getting an exhaust anywayz...if it doesnt affect the performance of the headers...does it? like does having the headers with exhaust result in higher hp and torque gains?

Ya the CAI sound wont have any effect until the throttle is pressed basically to the floor. When you floor the pdel it opens up a valve on the air intake and then takes advantage of the CAI.
