How do you remove a Mugen spoiler?

I want to take my Mugen spoiler off without damaging it? That 3M tape is hard to get off so I don't want to just pull on it. I tried to pm Boku to see how he removed his but his box is full.

Do your self a favor and pick up a heat gun. I used a damn hair dryer and it was the worst experience ever.

I debadged my Yukon this past week using a hair dryer and some fishing line. It was slow but the end result was very clean. Since the spoiler uses the same 3M tape I'd imagine that this method would work just fine. You'll need some goo-gone to get rid of the excess tape afterwards.

if its on with double sided tape just remove it in the same way you would remove emblems, get some fishing line, some bumper sticker remover, and go at it....

This is turning into a post-whore thread.

To the OP -- if you need this reopened (ie you need more advice to remove spoiler) -- PM me. Otherwise, this thread is closed!
