use a credit card or floss. Then some goo gone, or any adhesive remover that does not contain acitone<sp?> Then wax and voila! Also this is better on a hot day.

The ACURA and the 3.2TL are stuck to the car with 2-sided tape and the "A" badge actually has two posts on the back of the symbol (badge) the posts go into two holes drilled into the rtrunk and is held on by lock washers from the inside of the trunk.. If the "A" badge comes off you will have two holes in the trunk where the badge was.. A few Tl I've seen have done this mod but it requires the entire trunk to be repainted and the holes to be filled with bondo, or body filler...
I personally have left the ACURA on the car and taken off the 3.2TL, the ACURA is perfectly centered on the truck so it looks symetrical when looking at the rear. The 3.2TL throws off the appearance a little with the silver "3.2 TL" in the top right side.. Just my $0.02

i used a heat gun to take off the "A", then i bought a blue emblem and stuck it right over the two holes...I like it. you can get many different colors for it.

yo to take the acura part off is easy. all u need is a fishing line and pass it by the back of the letters. Thatll take it off. All u got to do is take off the ruber shit left behind.

Take everything off BUT the "A"...it's more trouble then it's worth.
I took it off but then got blue vinyl and cut it out to shape, then stuck it back into the 2 holes. It took me a couple templates to cut it perfect but it looks great compared to just sticking an aftermarket "A" on there to replace it...
