Question How do I get rid of...

scuff marks from shoes on the inside of the doors? The azzmunch who I carpool with is tall so he always kicks the door getting in/out of my car. Its mostly dirt marks but there are small scratches there. Anyone have the same problems?

I'm too paranoid to try Armor-All or any other vinyl cleaner until I hear from you guys first. Thanks in advance.

Heh, heh... you may find that most car-a-holics (like myself) won't go near armor-all. You'll probably hear that most folks use "303" or another good vinyl/plastic cleaner. Dang! I can't remember the name of the stuff I use... but it sounds like Lexol -- or something like that. When I get a chance to take a look in my trunk I'll update this thread. Probably by that time you'll have 10 other answers, though.

Later,

V.

I no longer use Armor-All because it is petroleum based. I prefer Summit Industries' Vinylex and Lexol Leather care products.

It's the plastic you're talking about or the painited surface. I use goo gone for the painted surface. Just wash the area after the goo gone.

303 is recommended for plastics, vinyl, etc.

Not a fan of Armor-all.

If you don't have any of their products, use WD-40.
