How to adjust drivers side lumbar support ?

How to adjust drivers side lumbar support ?
Is it one way adjustment? How can you adjust back?

On my 02 TLS, there's just a simple lever. Move it one way, it goes forward, move it the other way, it goes backwards.

Am I right in assuming that older TL models have the Integra-style "pumping action" lumbar support?
