Honda Type 2 - antifreeze refill radiator
Hello,
I know it is recommended to have the antifreeze changed every 30,000 miles.
However, the type 2 Antifreeze bottle container mentions 5 years or 60,000 miles.
Can you change after 40k miles, will that be satisfactory.
Also, is a drain and refill of the radiator acceptable.
Thanks for any information.

I'm assuming you've had the 105k service done?
If they did the coolant drain properly, you can follow the recommended yr/mileage on container.
There is a drain plug for the engine block in addition to the radiator drain. It's at the back of the engine. There is a DIY for it.

40-50 kmiles is good time to replace coolant,,less than 5 years to prevent any issues
DO remove the engine block drain bolt,,bit of a pita to reach, but worth the effort when you see what was trapped inside the block
open heater core for drain and refill too- turn heater to full hot
