I’m looking for a replacement starter for my 2000 TL. It’s still with its factory starter, but Acura doesn’t make it anymore. Do you know if there’s an equivalent Honda part that can fit? I’d really appreciate any advice or experience you can share. Thanks a bunch!

^ FWIW, normally I'm all for Denso remanufactured starters but RockAuto BBB has a closeout (~$40 and no core charge) on their starters for the same Acura 2000 TL.

I bought one of their closeout starters for my 2005 TL, and now it's been over a year still working great. Only one remaining so if you're interested get while you can.

I bought one of those cheapie BBB in 2022. Still works fine today.
