I am going to try to go to the Plant in Japan when I go. Just thought I'd share. 
We just found out info on it last night.

I have been through the plant (just about 1 hour away!). It is soo quiet. robots just in welding. GM uses more than Honda. Spot welds are just 1 inch apart. ( GM Blazers are about 2-3 inches apart-they are bult in Ohio too about 7 miles from the house).The line also travels at the height and direction that is best for employees. No smoking, eating or music on the line. Line is stopped every four hours so everyone can take 15 minute break. After taking tour as part of an SAE meeting, I decided to purchase a Honda product.

Now, how the hell can these people operating the machines and working a job on the assembly even put your car together right? American cars are getting better, but still not top notch, so it still goes to say, don't buy a car that was completed on Friday (since everyone is in a hurry to leave) or Monday (when the operators are still just waking up) ;-)
