Just pry them off, they're held on with double-sided tape, some people cut them off using dental floss or fishing line. Afterwards, use goo-gone to remove the sticky tape residue; I just peeled the stuff off with my fingers.

No, you don't pry them off..unless you want to break your emblems..which BTW are plastic, not chrome. Use a hair-dryer to heat up the sticky adhesive that holds the emblem in place. Then, use some fishing line/yarn and slowly start to peel the emblem. Afterwards, just rub your fingers across the remaining adhesive to get it all off. Then wax..

I pried them off... 'cause I'm never gonna use them again!

I replaced it with a JDM "solid" H badge (chrome H with black background), the alignment pin spacing was correct. I've been told that the H badge from like an Accord won't fit.
