honda foglight switch HARNESSES?
hello tl'ers, i have finally gotten my iNspire fog switch from tim(actually sometime ago) and i want to get the honda foglight switch hardness, and i was wondering if you could let me know exactly what to ask for at the honda dealership part dept. i don't want to look like a fool. do you have a part number or could you tell me what i should be asking for. is there a certain year? is it the accord, civic etc. any info that you provided would be great ,so i don't waste time. i have check the archives for this info, but the only thing i could find was a user "NighthawkBlack" who has the hardness, i sent him a pm awhile ago-but he nerver replied. any help would great.

I just ordered mine and should be in tomorrow. I'll give you part number but expect to pay $50 or so.

AC, Just curious where did you order your harness from? The honda dealer by me wont sell it by itself. They said i have to buy the whole fog light kit for $270!

You don't need the harness...
just simply solder the wires on to the switch. It works perfectly.

No, it's JDM part. You have to find some place who can order JDM parts from Japan, like aj-racing.com

i used the 2002 switch which costs less than 1/2 of the inspire switch and hardwired it in. it looks oem, no one can tell the difference. $30 for the entire job.our tl has lost a lotta $ on resale already, don't put anymore into it if you can avoid it.
