doest the hks look weird since they need to extended? does anyone know how far the tip is from the oem rear bumper?

i also heard that the hks sags its too low?

im like 5 mins from buying a comptech since now hks looks tight but they need to be extended and they sag? whats the deal?

 

i got the hks and i have the body kit, i think its perfect, looks fater then the comptech but it doesnt look like im tryin to launch to the moon, its perfect in my opinion. i cant post pics though or i would unless someone wants 2 post them 4 me

Yes, I am very close to buying the Comptechs as well. Acura of Bellevue is running a special, $775 installed. But I am going to buy from Tim instead and install myself. But I'd rather pay $499 for the HKS if they are really that much cooler than the Comptech.

PLEASE give some good advice.

Gosh... those look pretty sweet. Is there any special installation instructions? Do they pipes match up completely? Do you need to purchase any hangers or spacers or gaskets?

 

i heard that the dragers dont look as look as good on the TL and look sbetter on CL. Iv heard that the dragers have to be extended also. i just picked up the comptechs myself and when i install n test them out ill let u kno wut i think. ya buy the CTs from Tim and install yourself. its only 4 bolts

 

the comptechs are for old grown folks..........if ur 25+ yrs old get the comptechs

HKS gets my vote. They are not as loud as Comptechs.

I'd only vote for the HKS due to the special they have on this forum. Personally, I'm very happy with my Tanabe SM Hyper Medallion catback exhaust. Nice and clean sounding street exhaust. A lot louder than the HKS/Comptechs but I like louder exhausts. Not as drony as the Greddy Evos.

 

well from wut i understand, i'd go with the new comptech cat-back system...plus, the HKS looks like its gonna fall to the floor, maybe jus get the comptechs and buy new tips if u really want...or...hmmm dunno, the HKS price is really attractive

I really think the HKS looks too ricey with those big canisters all exposed. Uuuugghhh! I think it's too loud for my taste too, but the CT's looks so sweet. They seem very discreet, unnoticeable and nice looking. Just my two cents!
