High mileage TL's
Does anyone have TL's with close to or over 100k miles. If so, how is it running and have you had any major problems. I dont mean the normal crap that goes wrong like the warped rotors and stuff.

102k and not a single problem. Still have the original tranny (mine is a 99) and have only had to do the brakes once. Just had the t-belt , h2o pump, all hoses, spark plugs, drive belts, and new rear view mirror done at a cost of a grand but that is worth it in the long run.

I have 97K on my 2000. New tranny at 93K and just fixed my heated seat (myself) and the SRS light keeps coming on. I do feel I have lost some umph in the engine though and I would love to figure out why and how to get it back.
Otherwise, drives like a dream and no rattles to note.

I'm not quite there yet, I have about 84K and my catalytic converter just went 2 weeks ago (cost about 800 bucks to replace). I have noticed more rattles in the car when I actually turn my radio off. I usually let my 500W sub bump while I'm driving and I'm not sure if that may have caused some of the rattles. Windshield wiper motor needs to be replaced now, but covered under warrantly. No other issues and it rides great.
The only thing I worry about , like most others, is the tranny blowing after 100K.

I agree. I was taking the car in for inspection/emissions and noticed that the check engine light was on. I heard the cat converter could be the reason but I hoped for the best. Dealer told me what it was and that the warranty on it was only good through 80K miles. I tried to get him to help me out...at least knock off the labor price or something but he said he called warranties and said there was nothing he could do.
So I had to bite the bullet and just let them fix it. Then he says I can't pass with my fogs and turn signals. I was kind of pissed because I had bought the car there (pre-certified at 49K) and had all my service done there. I was hoping they would help me out since I was pretty loyal despite the outrageous prices for service.
I think it is their loss since I plan to never get any more service or buy my next car from them next year (I was considering a new TL but if I get one I'll go to a different dealership).
By the way, the dealer is Davis Acura in Langhorne. They are overall good, friendly service people, but all it takes is one bad episode to take my money elsewhere.

99 TL, 98,000 Miles, still running strong. Only replaced brakes on it. Been doin the normal maintenance, and flush tranny every 15,000 miles. Not a single skip or mis shift in my car once. Daily driver. Really hope tranny doesnt go since im so close to the 100,000 mile mark. Im gonna go in for the 100,000 tune up and have em check my tranny out real soon, make sure its all good. Happy with the car for sure. One little rattle up near gauges, but prolly my fualt when I put in white face ones. And I dont know many cars, if any, that have NOT ONE SINGLE RATTLE at 100,000 miles.

Three Wheelin'
I now have 173,000 miles on my '00 TL. Tranny finally went at 164K miles and the dealer covered HALF of the cost! Still pulls like a beast and performs perfectly. Uses NO oil. Also one heated seat pad went out and one idler pully, that's it!.
