What is the best/ brightest high beam bulbs and fog bulbs out there.

PIAA super plasma for halogen replacement, 6000k for HID replacement

or for halogen, you could try sylvania silverstars, 4000K bulbs for about $25 each at pep boys

hella optilux or PIAA super plasma for fogs.

CATZ HID 9005 highbeam replacement ($499 MSRP),

i don't have fogs, so i'm getting PIAA HID driving lights.

I don't think I would spend $500 on hibeams unless I lived in the middle of nowhere and there was no lighting around me for miles
