High beams and foglights xenon??

Is there a way to make the brights aka high beams and the foglights xenon, aka look like my low beams for a 2003 tl-s? Can you just buy the bulbs ? Or buy something for it?

yeah you need to buy a whole hid kit.... highbeams are 9005... & your foglights are 9006 and on top of that u gonna need to buy different bulbs for you low beam to match the rest....

never use xenon for high beams unless the car comes with the bi-xenon setup like the 3rd Gen...not worth it because xenons take up to 30 seconds to achieve maximum brightness...just use halogen.

Also, look at the 2nd Gen DIY on HID fog install..

Like everyone said, Do not hid on high beams it will drain your battery and it's really pointless. It will also reduce the lifetime of your hid kit. (not a good idea to flick off your hids too much which you kinda have to with high beams) If your getting high-beams for just the look of that blue/white color. get a set of bulbs that are tinted (would really recommend PIAA, nokya, and luminics)

^^^ In the 2G TL DIY Thread, the one that says HID Foglight Install takes you to the DIY Replace Wheel Stud or something like that... Can we get that fixed because I'm looking into HID Foglights...

The higher in xxxxK you go in HID lights the more blue they look right?

Why do people want yellow fogs? Reminds me of an old headlight...

^^yellow fogs work great in the rain and snow..when you see yellow HIDs in action, you may have a different opinion...i thought the same way. I personally love the contrasting color they give off from the headlights. With HID fogs, you should aim them lower because of a little glare, but from far away there is a distinct yellow glow on the road but appear to be white in color just looking at the lens while the lights are on ...i love it

the best thing about 3k fogs is that they produce the most amount of light.
the lower in kelvin rating you go, the more light you produce.

this is why gimmicks like 30,000k hids are practically useless.

thats the truth anything above 8k looks nice from outside the vehicle but has almost no light output from inside the vehicle.

I doubt it..maybe some dealerships. Even if they did, it would cost a lot.
