I Guess A Lot Of Tl/cl Have This Ballast & Ignitor Problem

This Is My Story
When I Leave My Lights On And Lock The Car, They Stay On For Few Sec Right?
Then When You Unlock The Car, Lights Come On As They Unlock
I Noticed That Passenger Side Of My Hid Flickers.
I Cleared, And Replaced Piaa 6000k
I Had This Problem Even Before When I Had The Original Bulbs
So I Know It's Not The Bulb
I Guess Its Either Ballast Or Ignitor But How Can You Tell Which Is Bad?
