The bulb rating is a kelvin number relating to color
Kaixen is excellent aftermarket brand
for the HID low beams on a TL/CL
4300 is stock
5000 a little whiter
6000 a little whiter with blue tint- excellent IMO for night and bad weather driving

 

so its gonna be a good combo. is that waht your saying? Im doing High beams, not regular lights.

 

im planning on installing 3000k to my highbeams sometime soon.

 

3000 are very yellow output- good for fog, not so good for much else

Since the hi beams only add a little to the corners and up high view, a color matched to your headlights would be good, but anything works. Remember they are mere halogens while the lows are high intensity discharge lamps- totally different concept
