Not a true HID. Are you looking for bulbs or complete fog lights?

Forget HID Foglamps. Today I got some Vision X installed and IT was 126 bucks total labor was 45 bucks so the foglights were somewhere around 80 bucks.. They are really nice good quality and are really bright. The guy there said they can match up wit PIAA I didnt believe him but they kinda do. Even look like PIAA's
Chrome housing wit blue lens

You answered your own question slick...
FOG lights. For use in inclement weather -- known as fog or rain.

Driving lights are the lights that project a thin sweeping band of light far out in front of the car to increase visible distance.
