For OEM parts, contact Tim at Hondacura world@aol.com (remove the space).
For aftermarket parts, www.coximport.com, www.kingmotorsports.com (for Mugen stuff), etc. You can get the touch-up paint, '02-'03 clear tailights, OEM body kit, etc. from Tim for great prices.
I don't have a UA4 ('99-'01), so I don't know anything about adding foglights. But run a search and you will get a lot of information on that.
19"s is usually the maximum size recommended for our cars, but I personally think 18"s is it. But to each his own. 20x9.5 stands no chance in hell of fitting in our fenders, and 20x8.5 is pretty much a no-no, too. If you just want to fit some good-looking wheels, then look for 19x7.5 with offset of around 50.
Lastly, welcome to the forum.
I hope you return home safe from your station in Iraq. My dad spent basically his entire life in the military, so I've got nothing but respect for the troopers.
P.S. Pictures of the Cobra?

Please PM instead of PW'ing ... that's for Ramblings.Aside -- welcome to the board, inarmywpride. I'm sure you'll find lots of useful info here. Good luck finding 20" rims with an offset high enough to fit a TL.
