Yeah, I have the same problem as well. But if you REALLY want a kit you can go to a home improvement place and redo your curb
Also, wood planks would work also.
But anyhow, high curbs suck dont they?

WOW, thats some crazy shiat! If I were you, I would get the body kit. The front piece is about 250 dollars so all you have to do is replace it every one or two years. Also, If you go up on an angle, you have a better chance of not hitting the ground.
so just replace it every one or so years

Ok, parking in the street is out of the question.
New house.....well maybe
I do pull in the driveway on an angle (see 1st pic again) I cant pull straight in b/c the bumper hits the driveway.
Im leaning towards the kit without the front spoiler.

That entrance to your driveway does not look that steep.
My sister new house has a high curbed driveway & it looks steeper than yours. I have the Kit & I always back into her drive at an angle. I see the picture when you try to back in. I just wonder if its your springs because I dont have any problem with my car & stock springs. Also your street looks kinda hilly or slanted that could be the cause also. I think its your springs & Iam not no auto tech but I am sure my sister driveway entrance is much steeper. Her driveway entrance is more like speed bump she lives on the hilly side of the street.

But again, its up to you how much you want the kit and to what you would do to get it.
PLUS home improvement costs are also tax deductable.

FTM, my car is dropped on Comptech springs.
I understand what you guys are saying about the wood and concrete. The problem however is the street. (blacktop) and i cant alter that in any way.
heres a pic of Tims ride when he didnt have the spoiler

New York just sucks doesn't it...I've bottomed up at least 20- times in the Accord, and the underside of my bumper is beginning to look like it's been thru a blender

Let me guess, you have on of those great paved over and over NY street which is concave. You "climb" and "descend" when you cross the street. But that picture of your rear right susp. extended like that You got some pic of the rest of the driveway or better yet one of the whole car in that position.
And to the non- New Yorker's: Street parking is unacceptable, period. Not that the driveway is much better

Tom, Why don't you just buy the body kits and I'll take your car when you don't need it....LOL
See then you get to have the kits and not worry about it being parked on the street.... LOL

you can make it. Take a pic of the whole driveway. Doesn't seem THAT steep. You're taking an Angle, but not that much of one. You can go more sideways, and when youy're about to hit the grass, then you turn your wheel to the right and move up the driveway. Kind of hard to explain typing, but you can take more of an angle.
