Help!/What's This Plug?

I recently replaced my headlight bulbs I made sure everything was tight. But a little bit of moisture formed in one of the 2 headlights.. I took the bulbs out and blew air into it which got rid of the moisture (for now) and then took the turn signals out and made sure that they were snug. I am hoping that this takes care of it for good. But I came across a plug that I am not sure what it goes to (pictured below) Thanks in advanced.

maybe the running light? whats in front of it? anything?

problem of moisture in lens = time for a new waterproof hid replacement kit
our sponsor www.hidextra.com has entire setup- with bulbs, for 59$! major score

the main seal has weakness, and you get moisture over and over
it drips out a drain hole right onto the very high voltage electrical ballast! water and power not a good plan
blows bulbs, blows ballast, blows capacitor/ignitor

oe stuff is not worth replacing -the cost of modern waterproof aftermarkets is lower!

bulbs suggest 5000k MAX ,,stock 4300

live with the bad seal, or buy new housings, try the diy resealing, or cheapo seal them with silicone on the outside
