HELP! Tranny issue

I have a 2002 Acura 3.2TL

I think my tranny is gone but im not sure, (im use auto all the time) when the car is at 40kph, the rpm goes up to 5-6 for it to shift to the next gear, and i can actually hear my engine rev but me not going anywhere. When I try to easy up on the gas it shifts down hard. as this problem occured, 7-10 kms later, my D5 light starts flashing and the TCS and Engine light came on. When I saw D5 flashing, i thought that it was not a good idea for me to use it anymore, so i use D4, everything runs ok, but it takes a lot of the car to pick up speed, the car no longer revs up to 5-6 to shift gears.

Is my tranny broke? I currently have 103KMS on my car, it warranty still covered for it if i do have to replace my tranny?

thanx for ur help
