Exclamation HELP, Removed ECU/SRS Fuse Dashboard lights up like a christmas Tree!!

I wanted to remove my DRL's today, so I went into the fusebox and accidentally removed ECU/SRS Fuse it was a blue 15amp fuse. So noticing it was the wrong one, I popped it back in and Removed the 7.5amp DRL fuse. So i get back into the car and start it up to see if the lights were going to come one, to my surprise my CEL, TCS, SRS and D5 lights are ALL ON CONSTANTLY except the D5 which was just blinking. I put it into D5 and it felt as if I was driving with the handbrake on, I could literally floor it and it would maybe reach maximum of 10mph. The car reved all the way to 6000 rpm in first at about 10~15mph. So i turned off the car and turned it back on and it drove perfectly fine all lights were gone, except for the SRS right which will need a reset.

Im on my "Updated" tranny, so i know its not the tree for shure, it has never shown any signs of failure. The lights are all gone now and has never happened again since. Anyone know why my car went crazy?

This kind of happened to me the other day. I was driving and all the lights you just talked about came on and it felt like it was struggling to move and started to slow down with my foot still on the gas. I was going about 35-40 when it happened and when I got down to 20-25, the lights when away and the car started acting normal again.

I haven't taken to the dealer and have no idea what it was yet

I didn't touch anything execpt the Fuse relating tot he ECU, it was just a simple disconnect while the car was off, Now im stuck with the SRS light, but im trying to find out why it freaked out when i first started it up?

Because you weren't supposed to pull that fuse. Thats all it was. the ECU relearned and every thing is fine now. Now follow the SRS reset and get that reset. (cause none of your airbags work right now)

I know you are the go to guy regarding stuff related to the TL. But by doing this did i cause any damage to the car or to the computer by messing around with the fuses and driving it with every light on and giving hard gas when I first drove it.

The thing is why did the car feel as if the handbrake was on, i literally couldn't move it was like the engine was struggling to go. This whole thing lasted about 1 minute, after the shut off everything went back to normal.

its fine. Long story short you pulled one of the 2 ecu fuses while the ecu was still getting power It caused codes to come up and the ECU was most likely in some sort of safety mode till it learned nothing was wrong. Next time every light is on or 1 dont go beat on it, fix the issue first.

You or your parents just spent $35k+ for one of the leading technology cars in the world. LEAVE THE FRIGGIN' THING ALONE, and learn to drive it the way it was built.
If you have too much time on your hands, well that's another subject.
