Is there some trick to get the rearview mirror to attach to the metal mount on the windshield? Does it click in or anything?

I had my windshield replaced and since then my rearview wobbles when I have the windows open at all. Its wobbling right at the base where it attaches to the window. I was able to pull it off pretty easily. I tried to slide it on tighter but I'm using so much force that I'm afraid I might crack the metal mount off the windshield.

Any help? (besides "call the window company and have them fix it"... :P )

same exact situation with mine. it basically slides on to the metal piece on the window with that C shaped piece on the mirror...i used a pair of pliers to tighten that C shape which slides onto the windshield piece, and it did the trick for me. or if you dont wanna mess with it, just call the window company because it is their responsibility to make it fit right again. good luck!
