Howdy guys i jus installed the new sub harness in for the heater blower motor and now its constantly on even when the power is off for climate control......eg as soon as i turn my car to on or start it blower is blowing rite away and i have no control over the speed of the blower at all....i followed directions from this http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/di...harness_sb.pdf what shuld i doooo!!!!!

 

and also the blower motor is new as well

 

Did nt that article mention the transistor also? I just replaced a motor and I'm waiting on the new harness too. I would troubleshoot the new harness. See where the constant 12s coming from.
