HELP!! My Headlights aren't working!!!

hey guys,
Last week my right headlight bulb stopped working. Thinking that the bulb blew, i bought a pair of philips 4300k replacement bulbs. When i switched out the bulbs, the light still wouldn't turn on!!! What can the problem be? I checked the fuse and the wirings, it all checked out okae. Do you think the ballast can be the problem? Did these every happen to anyone? Someone plz help me out, cuz this whole situation just blows.

Same thing happened to me after I had a catastrophic sudden failure of my silicone seal on my cleared headlights. The water collected at the bottom most portion of the headlight which empties right into the ballast.

I isolated the ballast, and figured out it was not the bulb or igniter by swapping parts between both sides until I figured out what wasnt wokring. Cost me less than $200 to fix.

But then again most of us aren't as talented as you are!!!!!

On a more serious note, I do believe its the ballast, although I wouldn't know where to find one. Dealer is too expensive, Ebay is unreliable for that IMHO, so that just leaves me scratching my head. Good luck!!!
