Help me two different part numbers

I am changing my timing belt and taking my timeon my 200 TL. Friend told me that I may as well change the pulleys inside. There are four, one at botom one is the water pump and then one on right and left. The left one shows up with two different part numbers and two different bolts. I dont know which one to order and I tried according to my vin but it still displays both.

6 14510-P8A-A01 ADJUSTER, TIMING BELT 72.58
6 14510-PGE-A01 ADJUSTER, TIMING BELT 59.07

7 14513-P13-003 BOLT (M8X1.25) 4.13
7 14513-RCA-A01 BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER 4.13

Any idea?

You dont need to change any pulleys. You should change the tensioner.

I have the tensioner now but was curious if I have the correct pulleys. People used to change those all the time on older cars since they are just grease bearings. Can it really hurt more than help? Im not sure If I should change the pulleys in there besides waterpump but dont want to ever have to do so much work until another 110 thousand miles. This was a big pain especially since I have less space in my engine than most.

I pushed 281 to the wheels with a heat problem which I think I should have fixed by now with the mugen thermostat, fan swithc and new water pump. (ruling out either) Over heat was when I sat for 10 or 15 min idling. This 281 was also before my throttle manifold spacers, and new cat and exhaust and liquid cooling so when I am done I think my 9/8 compression ratio will pay off well past the TL S. I do have the Type S induction parts for airflow though, Ill give you guys that. Steam LOL I was asking a question on part numbers and get bashed for having the 2000 TL. lol my car does better under boost than the newer engine. For a while Id wish I had the TL S but truthfully I like the front end of the Inspire better.
