HELP! Having problems. Parking lock!

I just installed my spoiler today and all I did was unhook both of the wires going to the third brake lamp, and now the parking lock locks me in everytime I put it in drive to park and I have to repeat the parking lock release process, push a screw driver down in the shifter lock and put it to neutral. I noticed that when I press on the brake none of the rear brake lights come on.

Whats going on!!

Which one is the brake lamp fuse? I looked in the manual and I cant find a "brake lamp" fuse. Please tell me if its in the driver or passenger side or under the hood.
