Help with d2r bulb install
I need to change my d2r bulbs in my 2000 acura tl 3.2 , my question is, how hard is it to do it, are there instructions out there to do this, i tried a search for this but i only come up with discussions on hid bulbs, and i am getting the d2r 6000k bulbs from wwwplasmagarage.com for 179 for the pair with free shipping.
But i need instructions , please!

p.s. Do you guys think i should get 6000k or 8000k , they are the same price, the 6000k is a brighter more purplish color and the 8000k is a more eye pleasing blueish light.

i was just gonna ask you hoe come you didnt opt for the 8000k bulbs... if i were gonna change my bulbs i would probably go for those instead of the 6000k especially if they are for the same price
by the way do you know what brand those bulbs are?

yes , i now that i think about it a little more i probably will go for the 8000k bulbs and i am changing them because one of mine is turning a really low purple color when heated up , thats a good sign that it's goin out, and the brand is EAGLE EYE from plasmagarage.com, and they come with a one year warrenty, and they clame that they are great quility, i called my local dealership and they want 120 each for the oem bulbs! i can get both of the eagle eye 8000k d2r bulbs for 179.99 with free shipping!
I would just like to find out HOW to replace these damn things, are they pretty easy, or is there a lot of work involved, someone who has done this before please enlighten me.
thanx

buy a secure torx 20 or use a small flat headscrew driver. Remove the screws. Replace the bulbs. If you want to be extra secure, unplug the ballast but that might require taking off the bumper.
