Help choosing Razo vs. PIAA

Hi guys,

I need help choosing on bulbs for my fog lights. I have narrowed it down to two to three choices.

PIAA 4000k 51W

Razo 4550K 55W Premium White Zero

Razo 4100K 55W Premium White

COULDNT FIND PIC

**all of these bulbs are about the same price so that is not a consideration ( about $65)

I would really like to know if anybody has used these and which one is recomended.. Pictures of bulbs in foglights would be great.

Thanks

Razo is actually based on PIAA and Polarg products, so youre better off going with the real thing if its the same price..

Razo is basicly a copy/replica of different bulb companies and sell it for cheaper.. if you can get it for a better price than the PIAA, than you should definitly go for it because the shine/color is basicly the same. i used Razo products in the past because its much cheaper than PIAA and gets the same job done.

but youre looking at two different tints of colors/kelvin output.. or HID-"look" output.. the Razo will be pure white, which looks pretty good when lit, except it WONT match your stock HID's and look kinda off or two-toned.

The PIAA wil have a slight blue-ish tints and will look totally different from your stock HID's.. and since there is a bigger difference in color, i think this will be a better buy.

thanks for the info aaronnn

I thought our stock HIDs where 4100K....so is the PIAA that much different looking then stock?....my goal is to repilcate the Stock HID headlight light with the fogs.

I know a HID convertion kit would be the best bet but for know i'ld like to try the bulbs first.

our high beam bulbs are 9005 (also referred to as HB3) type bulbs.

And the PIAA and Razo are also avalible in 9005...so if you get the right ones the answer is yes.
