HELP -- cannot shift from P o R or from N to R

HELP -- cannot shift from P o R or from N to R
This weekend I put my stock head unit back in and I blew a fuse in the process. I replaced it my radio and my turn signals continued to work.
This morning I get into the car and I cannot shift from Park to Reverse. Also my SRS and CHK ENGINE lights are on!
I then take the shiftgate off and depress the shift lock and that is the only way I can get past reverse! Also my radio does not turn on!
I have disconnected and reconnected the battery.
What the crap? Has this every happened to anyone? Have I shorted another fuse or something? Is there anything I can check -- fuses, or whatever!

you cannot "shit" from P o R or from N to R? haha
well for the radio (head unit) you need to find the code and enter in the number. the code should be on a card that the dealer gave you when you bought it.. the card should be inside your manual holder in the glove compartment or whereever you keep your manual booklet.. try searching through the pockets and then pop the number in. for the other stuff im not really sure, hopefully someone else could help you with that. good luck!

Yeah i have the code and the radio did work but after putting in a new fuse it just died! Crap crap crap crap, crap.

So far i've got the check engine light to go away but, still no radio, no SHIFTING, and SRS light.
Fuse 13 -- "back up" was reset to lose the "check engine" light
