?

Well basically I have a guy in Georgia who said if I pay shipping for my sides rear and front he will send me his OEM bodykit that is already painted my WDP color. He told me to factor in the cost of shipping and make him and offer..I did not want to underestimate the cost of shipping and screw myself and I did not want to overestimate it and offend him...I advised him that if it costs 100 each way for shipping I would pay him 200 for the kit (he wasnt originally selling the kit he was selling the entire car and I pm-ed him asking if he would sell just the kit. He said yes as it wont add too much value to the car) I figured the total cost would be 400 to me and I would be ok spending that...I was offered a brand new one my color for 600 shipped...Do you think the offer was reasonable or do you think it is offensive?

Hi CM. I just checked the price of a new bodykit (at AutoCarParts.com) and I see that it's selling for $877.00 not including a shipping cost of $125.00. So it sounds like you're probably looking at costs totaling less than $250.00 for your deal ($100 for parts/ $125 for shipping).

Sounds good to me! Of course, unless you install it yourself it'll probably cost ya another $75.00 to get it installed... Wow! That's just amazing that he's giving it up for only 100 bucks!

Good luck,

Vincent

It's not the weight that's the issue, it's the size. It's considered oversized. Go to UPS.com and you can enter the dimensions and estimated weight to figure it out.

Did you find boxes to ship it in?
