help, acura CD changer doesn't eject
CD changer has been working fine for the past 4 years until today. It's telling me that there is error, and the casset can't be ejected! any suggestions? i don't have warranty anymore. thanks
Most likely, the connector on the trunk end (at the changer) is corroded.
My cassette would not eject when I got my '99 (one of those things the seller couldn't figure out
), I traced the problem to that connector.
The contacts were very corroded. I ended up splicing a couple of wires to get around the bad spots and restore power.
Maybe someone has a wiring diagram to post, otherwise I'll go out in the cold and find exactly which wire it was.

thanks for the reply.. but I can still hear the motor running inside the changer meaning there is power. I plan to take it out and take it apart to see if i can do anything.. if not I will probably go with an aftermarket changer that plays mp3
