there is a diy on Headlight Clearing that explains the how to
Warm the oven then turn it off or use 200F- use foil to expand the size of the oven so entire unit fits inside warmed area

Have to reseal it perfectly too or leaks water and blows bulbs and ballast $$$$

HUGE RISK of melting the mounting tabs on the housing!!!
Thats replacement of $200 part or some innovative use of JBweld for plastic

^ it all depends on how you open it...

if you open it up cleanly without bending anything, then sealing won't be a problem..open it up with no damages on tabs or anything and seal it up with ease..

no need to use extra silicon cuz i've never used extra on alll the headlights i've done...

2 07 TL-S.. M35/45.. 99-01 TL.. and 2 of mine.. never have i have used extra silicon.. just heat up whatever that was there and just seal it tight.

+1 on the not bending stuff. It will make things easier when putting it back together.
