Help!!

Well, first off let me introduce myself.. my name is Edwin and I live in Miami.. I've had my 1999 3.2TL for about two years now.. Recently I've noticed that my cars "Maintennace" and "Check Engine" lights stay on and every now and then my "TCS" light turns on and off w/o me touching it and w/o the "TCS" actually being on... I'm close to hitting the 100k on my car and was wondering if that had anything to do with it? or maybe there's something wrong with the car??
Please post any info. that may help me in determining what's wrong with my ride.. Thanx.

Thanx for the welcome guys....

Well.. I bought my TL at Esserman Acura.. the one that is by International Mall... I was gonna take it to the dealer to see what the problem is but I figured I'll ask here before.. just in case it was something I could take care of inside my garage... I know that soon I have to change the time belt and everything else since I'm at about 94k right now.. and was wondering if that anything to do with it... thanx for your replies guys...
