Its the whole kit made for 02-03.....Still cheaper to get that for sides and rear if you got 99-01 then sell the front to someone else....so if someone wants to jump on that there it is.

 

thats actually a fiberglass kit so its actually not that great of a deal. if that thing scrapes or hit the ground it will most likely crack. the oem kit is made of polyurethane which is unbreakable and is what you wanna get and thats the reason why that one is so cheap.
