Headlights look "foggy"
Something I've noticed since I bought the car is that the glass in the headlights look somewhat foggy. I have a 2007 350-Z and a 2004 Maxima and the headlights look crystal clear.
But on the TL (2002 3.2 Sedan) it almost looks like there is condensation behind the glass, like moisture is actually getting inside the headlights.
The lights work perfectly. High beam/Low beam/Fogs. I don't know if this is the design and I'm a hypochondriac in regards to car issues or what.

if moisture is inside- which happens to a lot of cars, its a real problem
There is a hole at the bottem of the housing water drips out and directly onto the ballast
Water and electricity not the best of friends~
see DIY for resealing...clearing or blacking out headlight housing

aftermarkets are cheap, i just attached after market ballasts to my stock ballasts and drilled a hole in the back cover opening to the low beam hid and ran the wire into it and sealed it up with silicon. no problems

ok there must be a hole in the headlight, or the seal is broken, take a look at the diy section on how to black out ur headlights and it will show you how to take them apart. seal them back up with some black silicon and clamp it down

Taking a look at it now. I'll probably be back in a few minutes with 50 more questions

its easy actually. did my headlights about a week ago. the front bumper comes out easy.
heat them up for 7 minutes at 250 degrees, take them apart and paint them. leave them to dry and then put the headlight back together and bake em again using the same silicon so that it reseals. its been raining like crazy down here in miami and ive had no problems
heres a pic of how they look
^^^one of my fogs had fallen off that day but i replaced it already lol
