2003 Acura TL 170k. Condensation in headlight. Headlights flickering not working decided to replace both headlights including ballast, igniters and bulbs. Still have the problem. Get a clicking noise intermittently sounds like under the passenger seat SRS light has been on for years from leak in sun roof. Could a short in the SRS system cause my problem? Ground? If so where? At wits end for a solution.
