Blacked out Headlights

Anyone have headlights blacked out? I had my headlights blacked out. Just wondering, ya'll noticed a difference in brightness of the hids? Anything I can do to brighten it?

umm, first question who/where did u get it done by?

brighten it? yeah, change the bulbs

I've gotten it done by . Its bright, but it seems like it doesnt project that far.

I tried adjusting it to make it higher so it would shoot farther. But doesnt seen to move up. So far the lights look like they are shooting down.

i would think since the chrome reflector's are now black you would not be able to get the same output as stock.

Main reason I decided against painting it last night when I cleared my lights out.

But regardless of light output/brightness, I think it looks pretty sweet. Just not for me.
