headlight cleaning

hi i was recently in an accident in which one of my headlights needed to be replaced and now one headlight is very nice perfect and all shinny and the other is kind of fogged and the chrome on the inside is fogged as well. Would i be able to make them match a little better if i opened up the fogged headlight the same way u do to clear them and the cleaned the insides?

Use some Eagle One metal polish. Works wonders on plastic.

Doh!! You're right it's EO Never Dull. Basically, it's a wadding that you rub onto the lense. Let it haze up for a couple of minutes then wipe away with a clean terry cloth.

i know what you mean. same thing happen to me. umm.. i guess you can always open it up, but instead of clearing the headlights - just clean them. ...

the dirtyness i think is more on the inside of the lens, right? you think so?
