Headlight Ballast Not working?

I couldnt unplug this ballast, very different then the 02-03 ballast!

So I got a ballast from a 2002 TL thinking it would be the same as my 2000 TL but it wasnt! My driver side light has not been working properly for a year now, it used to work 50% now the most it does is flicker a dim light. I tried swaping bulbs and the thing that attaches to theback of bulb and problem stayed on the driver side. Im guessing the ballast is the only thing left. I realized the light that works the ballast makes a buzzing noise well the light that doesnt work is quiet. Any suggestions on parts? Ill post some pictures!

I just went here

HIDeXtra | HID, LED, Xenon Vehicle Headlight Kits & Bulbs

and got a new retrofit kit. It was pretty easy to put in. The OEM ballasts are expensive brand new. The kits at hidextra are cheaper.

Its time to go aftermarket... Its the cheapest and most reasonable way to fix your HID Setup.
BUT it wont be completely plug and play so you better have some knowledge on simple electronics.

If you want to keep the OEM Setup then you need to make a few trips to the local Junkyards.. Luckily the 2G is not hard to find.

They do sell Matsushita to 9006 adapters to make the process a little easier. Look it up on www.theretrofitsource.com
