Open the hood, there should be what look like plastic gears behind your headlights.

Check the owners manual, it tells you which gears are horizontal and which are vertical.

yeah i did this last week...open your hood you'll see a (i think 8 or 10MM) nut....attached to a round metal "gear like looking" thing. I forget now which direction aims it up...i used the little wording on the HL that has an arrow which says: U<--->D.......Up and down......but the direction i turned it (up) wasn't up...it was down...so just do one at a time and see what's goin on. It's really awesome though, i can see EVERYTHING now....enjoy, hope this helps. -shawn

EDIT: oh BTW, before i did this, i looked in the manual it said to have an ACURA CERTIFIED TECH do this ......lol...

You can adjust your lights up and down but I don't think left and right. After I cleared my lights, I had to adjust them again. One way is the wall method, by parking your car on a flat area and shining it on a wall and leveling it that way. I took mine to an empty parking lot, parked far away from the other side and pointed them slight up so it shines out further. It's a bitch for other drivers, but it clears up the road for me. Then I took it to a wall and leveled them out.

That is one of the biggest (if not only) gripes I have about HID's, they have a very difinitive line at the top edge of the beam. I'm gonna set mine up a bit too. I keep thinking I'm not gonna see a deer or other quadruped in time.

LOL... If people on this forum left things to Factory specs there would be nothing to talk about.
