Talking Headers Installed!!! woot

I love them. They sound great. NO resonance! XSP FTW!
Here are the pics of the one that was replaced:

Super rusted bolts. Glad I didn't have to get them off on my own.

Now what are these? The guy who installed the headers didn't put these back on. Is that a problem? They don't look significant but I have been wrong before. Anyone?

It's a big save in weight as well. Those things are really heavy. I might have to pick up a set soon =)

YEa I think the power gains are mostly from the weight difference in the headers! Seriously though, they are heavy as hell. Yea, I feel a difference. I mean it isn't all throw you back in the seat power but it is a nice addition to the AEM intake.

not only you are getting some hp from the header, but weights deduction is nice. Did it fit perfectly for you? make sure there is no leaking.

haha, x2, its only $100, so its not too much to sacrifice especially for something that will give you 20+ more HP.

I'm just worried about the resonance that everyone's talking about.

Oh by the way, what kind of noise do you hear with resonance? is it loud? Annoying?

The link only has Accord headers so I'm thinking that they'll work on all J series Honda/Acura.

For anyone that's curious, it's about 10 lbs in weight savings. 5 lbs from the OEM downpipe and about 2-2.5 lbs from each OEM manifold.

Now feel free to eat up and gain some weight knowing your new headers will offset it.

a mechanic installed it...

a mechanic/friend. but we paid him. I have no clue how much because I charged it to our company account as 'work truck service' lol... And now that I have been driving it more there is some resonance... It sounds like a hum sorta thing that is obviously not supposed to be there... but no one else notices it except me.
