Headers from a CL on a TL

will headers from an CL fit my TL?.

these are OBX.

i want to put headers on this car.

Yup, should fit fine.

The OBX headers are actually made for an Accord v6, but its the same headers for the Accord/TL/CL. The only car that is different is the CL 6-speed, and even then, headers from a CL 6-speed will fit onto an TL 5AT just fine. It doesn't necessarily work the other way around though.
