About the new Headers from Warpspeed. SHO was wiped out and all old posts were lost, so the Update thread is gone. I'm sure the vendor will come back with updates and post them as necessary, but no latest word as of yet.

actually, I was thinking about it and not all V's have more then one cam. I know the Chevy 305 has ONE cam in the center with rocker arms. Actually, come think of it, all Chevy small blocks have one cam. But I think you are right about our car though, I believe that there is a difference between SOHC and OHC.

One cam located in the center of the V, uses rods to actuate or push the valves. Recognize the name pushrod.

Pushrods have one cam regardless of heads V or inline...

of course an inline pushrod seems somewhat wasteful to me, even though they do exist.

One cam per head

V's have two heads. Thus a V6 has two heads, and two cams.

A DOHC V8 would have 4 cams. Ala Cobra R I believe...
