I know you need to be at the bottom with an extention to do the one that connects the A pipe to the rear header now, but do I need to be at the bottom of the car to screw in the bolts which connect the rear header to the cylinder heads? I would think not but i'm not sure. I haven't actually taken a close look at my exhaust manifolds yet.
