hazard lights when racing

last night i was playing with an older bmw on 264 and everytime i would pass him and then slow down, he would pass me and slow down and turn on his hazard lights. does that mean good game? or you win? or i win? i'm lost. haha.

AHAHA that's some ricey ass flyby!

People in the NOVA area use to do that alot.

It just means (for the person who flashes their hazards) that they took the win.

or it could mean to go at it but usually people honk 3 times before they run.

if i'm correct... i was winning... haha. it was like a 91 328 or something like that with a fart can. probably a 5 spd but i knew he wouldn't be really hard to beat so i would pass him a few car lengths and let off because i really didn't feel like getting a ticket, and everytime he passed me he'd turn the flashers on, i thought it was pretty gay.

ive seen it many times after people run, they hit them to claim the win.. my friends and i did that quite a few years ago.. nowadays i do it just to say "goodbye" or "whats up" to someone i know on the street..

kind of a douche move if you ask me. flooring it only once you smoked him and obviously let up and then claiming a fake win, only to be smoked again.

yeah, i didn't really take it over 80 (didn't need to be assraped in jail) but it was pretty obvious when i let off. but i thought maybe he was telling me good run or something like that. i dunno. my brother told me those cars don't have more than 150HP. i think maybe it was a 325i? not sure
