Haven't posted in a wihle

I know i haven't posted in the while, mostly b/c i've been busy with work/school. But I'm selling my 01TL, and about two weeks ago, i bought the 07 Infiniti G35 sedan...
I love the smoothness of my TL and how easy it is to drive, but the new G is a whole different beast!!!

Are they saying that about the 07's? B/c i have no problems with my seats, they are wayyy more supportive than the TL seats. I LOVE the G35, i can't help but smile everytime i stomp on the gas... It's a totally different car, I'm not 100% sure if i want to sell my TL, but having two sedans is not practical, and plus it'd definitely help me with my payments.

What part of town do you stay? What color and year TL do you have? any mods? The only thing i have is a custom indash TV in the CD holder slot of our car. And for the passing part, unless your TL is turbo'd with nitrous, or you dropped an LS1 motor in it, I think i'll be the one passing you, lol. JK

The G35 is a nice car, but I still feel you get more for your money with an Acura. Either way it's a step up from the 01TL. You should test drive the new TL-S and compare before you make any decisions.

I heard insurance rate on G35 will be going up a lot more, B/c of the last safety test. The G35 got poor front end crash test rating. Basely it was the cost to fix G35 front end on low crash impact going less then 20mpg. The price on fixing was over 8k++ an that was just for front end part of the car.

NOW don't get me wrong G35 is Very Nice car, but how much would Insurance rate increase B/c of the test?

I live and work in BR, hometown is on the WestBank. Mine is an 03 ABP TL-S with OEM kit/wing, K&N open intake, Tein Basics, ContiSport tires, and a fairly new tranny . Have fun with the G.

I don't have an LS1... in there...

My mom came out to visit to see my new son the other week and she had a loaner 07 G35 since her car was in the shop. Let me tell you. I have NEVER had more fun in a 4 door sedan. I didn't like how grabby the brakes were, and the gas pedal had a hair trigger, but you could redline the sportshift and I was doing 90 in third gear before I knew it. That car is amazing. That all being said, I love my 03 TL-s and I plan on getting a 4th Gen as long as it meets the minimum requirements (300 HP & SH-AWD). That being said, you could do a lot worse than the G35. Show us some pics!

humm, now that i think of it, i haven't taken any pics of my G35 yet, but i guess this weekend i'll do a photoshoot at my house with all three of my cars... And yea, it's def. a blast to drive. I've driven the 07 TL before i bought my g35, and though the TL felt like it was quick, The G35 is way faster. 306hp and 200lbs lighter than the g37. It runs 13.9 stock in the1/4 and I can believe it when i feel the car kick me back in my seat.
Alphason'sac, maybe you should look into the G35x, it has 306 hp and AWD....
