I went to get in my car the other day and noticed something was wrong with my rubber around my sunroof. It looked like the rubber was all chewed up. It was mainly on the sides and a little in the back. The Service Tech said that mine was the second one that came in like that. Apparently the rubber was bad, and it just split. They ordered an entire sunroof to replace it. They are taking care of it, with no hassel at all. They told me they would call me when it came in and I could drop it by, and they would give me a loaner. So far I've been happy with the service.
